Give an Outdated Bathroom a Complete Makeover
Bathrooms are the room where dated finishes show fastest. The layout usually still works — it's the tile, the vanity, the lighting and the fixtures that make the whole space feel twenty years old.
Tile does most of the heavy lifting in any bathroom remodel, which is why we spend real time on selection rather than handing you a binder and a deadline. Fixtures, lighting and hardware get the same attention, and our design staff handles space planning so the finished room works as well as it looks.
We remodel bathrooms across Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William counties, and we pull every county permit the job requires.

Our Bathroom Projects
Your Bathroom Upgrade Options
Cosmetic Refresh
New fixtures, lighting, paint and fresh grout, which is often enough to make an otherwise sound bathroom feel new.
Powder Room Update
A small room where a new vanity, mirror and tile change the whole impression for relatively little.
Full Remodel
Everything out to the studs and rebuilt, with the chance to move plumbing and fix a layout that never worked.
Basement Bathroom
A finished bath built out from a partial rough-in, or added as part of a basement project.
Signs Your Bathroom Needs More Than Cleaning
- Grout or caulk that cracks within months of being redone
- Tile that sounds hollow or moves when you press on it
- A soft or spongy spot in the floor, especially near the toilet
- Staining on the ceiling in the room below
- An exhaust fan that never quite clears the steam
- Mold returning in the same corner no matter how often you clean it
Most of these point to water getting somewhere it shouldn't. Regrouting over a failed shower pan buys a season; opening it up and fixing the substrate solves it.
FAQs
Do I need a permit?
Moving plumbing or electrical does, and most full remodels involve both. We pull the county permits and schedule inspections as part of the job.
How long will I be without the bathroom?
A cosmetic refresh can be days. A full gut usually runs a few weeks, with tile and fixture lead times often deciding the schedule more than the labor does.
How much does it cost?
Size, tile selection and whether plumbing moves are the three things that move the number most. We price after seeing the room and going through your selections.
Can you do a small job instead of a full remodel?
Yes. Swapping fixtures, replacing a worn-out shower grout line or updating a powder room are all normal jobs for us.
Is the work warrantied?
We warranty the products we install, and you get those terms in writing with the proposal.
Will it add value to the house?
Bathrooms are consistently among the better remodels for resale here. We won't put a figure on your specific house, but a dated bathroom is one of the first things buyers price against you.
